Ghalla Heights

Situated on one of Dubai's most iconic area, on the heart of Sheikh Zayed Road, the fast and cosmopolitan lifestyle travels really fast here. 

The facade lighting scheme had to represent and contain all of those elements mentioned above to be able to be up to date with the hotel's expectation.

Using the architectural mullions as a solid structure, our solution was to integrate a RGBW linear LED profile with cutting edge technology to create a great visual impact for the people driving through Sheikh Zayed road on both directions and also for the pedestrians walking by. Long distance visualization was part of our scheme as well, the hotel could be seen at night time from various points of the city such as Jumeirah beach road and the lagoons areas, a range of more than 30 km have been covered. 

The hotel interiors have been fully renovated architecturally with new spaces and uses.

The old shopping mall went through a drastic change and became modern urban street with a chic street market feeling. Massive backlit structures have been placed in the high ceilings to create a visual impact throughout the corridor and deep recessed downlights were placed in between the backlit panels to provide general lighting on the floor.

At the main and back entrance, a series of bespoke pendants have been placed above the escalator to set up the right mood and ambience for the space.
